March Writing task
Now I will announce that every month or so I will make a task for anyone who wants to can do. So here goes:
What you need: A timer, a peice of paper, a pencil or pen, your imagination.
What to do: Writ all these words at the top of your page:
Iritate
Navigate
Machinery
Tulip
Slippery
Magenta
Flee
Tickle
Now set the timer for 10 minutes and write a story containing all these words in it.
Want more fun? Make a wacky word jar and write words on slips of paper.
Include: nouns (persons, places or things), Adjectives (a describing word), verbs (actions) and adverbs (a word describing a verb such as quikly.
Do not include: Short little boring words like the and it.
Place all the wordd in a jar and you have got your own wacky word jar!
